Third-party notices

Everiva combines its own Event experience with carefully selected self-hosted and open-source components.

Memtly Core

Everiva extends the self-hosted Memtly Core for gallery, media and account capabilities. This acknowledgement describes the software relationship; it does not imply that Event data is automatically sent to the Memtly project or its maintainers.

Open-source components

The application includes libraries for database access, QR generation, push delivery, image processing and web operation. Their copyright and licence files remain included with the distributed source and installer. Operators must preserve those notices when redistributing a build.

Configured infrastructure

An Everiva operator may configure SMTP email, DNS, reverse-proxy, tunnel or push-notification services. Only services actually configured for a deployment should be listed as subprocessors in its operator documentation and privacy records.

Brand independence

Everiva is responsible for its own branding, custom workflows and support. References to third-party projects do not indicate endorsement, sponsorship or responsibility for Everiva-specific functionality.
