What is Everiva?
Everiva is a private digital home for an Event’s photographs, videos, wishes, live presentation and shared information.
Do guests need to install an application?
No. Guests open the Event link or scan its QR code in a current web browser.
Do guests need to create an account?
No guest account is required. Guests review the Event privacy choices before contributing.
How do guests upload photographs?
They scan the Event QR code, accept the Event privacy choices, select photographs and follow the on-screen upload progress.
Can guests upload videos?
Video uploads are available when they are included in the selected Event package.
Which file types and file sizes are supported?
The upload page shows the formats and maximum file size configured for that Event. Unsupported or oversized files are rejected before upload.
How do the Event QR codes work?
Each QR code opens the correct private Everiva Event experience and can be used on signs, tables or invitations.
Can the QR code be added to a printed invitation?
Yes. The Print Kit provides scalable and high-resolution downloads suitable for professional print layouts.
What is the digital Guestbook?
It collects approved written wishes and optional wish photographs in a dedicated Event experience.
What are text and video wishes?
Guests can leave a written message and, where included, record or upload a personal video wish.
What is the Selfie Booth?
The Selfie Booth creates a branded two- or four-photograph digital keepsake on a guest’s phone.
Who can view uploaded photographs and videos?
Visibility follows the Event access, moderation and each guest’s sharing choice. Private submissions are not automatically placed in guest-facing views.
How are privacy choices and consents handled?
Guests receive an Event-specific Privacy Notice and their required and optional choices are recorded. They can revisit their sharing choices later.
Can the client manage the Event page?
Yes. A linked client can use the private dashboard to manage supported Event content and settings.
Can the client edit the Event timeline?
Yes. Timeline drafts remain private until the client publishes them.
What is Digital Invitation & RSVP?
It is a branded Event invitation with an optional countdown, published Event timeline and a private response form. It is included in the Premium package and can be configured per Event by the administrator.
How does the client share the RSVP invitation?
The Client Portal provides native mobile sharing, copy-link, email and downloadable QR options. Generated links use the trusted public domain through which the client opened Everiva.
Who can see RSVP responses?
RSVP responses are visible only to the Event client and authorised Everiva administrators. Independent media reviewers do not receive access to RSVP names, email addresses or planning details.
Does Everiva send RSVP reminders?
When the Event client has added invitation recipients and enabled reminders, Everiva can send limited reminders only to guests who have not replied. Guests can stop further reminders and addresses are not used for unrelated marketing.
What are live announcements?
They are temporary Event messages that an authorised client, administrator or permitted reviewer can publish to supported live views.
Do guests see Event updates automatically?
Supported Event sections refresh automatically while the page is open, with a lightweight fallback after a connection interruption.
Can reviewers help manage the Event?
Yes. The client can invite a reviewer and grant only the permissions that reviewer needs.
Can photographs and videos be downloaded?
Authorised clients can download the final Event memories after the collection closes. Guests can download only their own supported contributions.
How long does the Event page remain available?
Access and retention depend on the selected package and the dates shown for the Event.
What happens to uploaded content after the Event?
Everiva prepares available keepsakes, follows the configured retention period and requires administrator confirmation before permanent Event deletion.
How can a guest or client contact the Event organiser?
Where enabled, the Event page provides a private Contact Organiser form.
Are uploads protected and securely stored?
Everiva validates access, file type, size and Event ownership, and separates private technical metadata from guest-facing views.
Can Everiva be used for corporate and other Events?
Yes. Everiva supports weddings, corporate Events, birthdays, christenings and other private celebrations.
